A house is the most expensive investment that most of us will ever make. It is not only an investment, but also the place where we find refuge after a long day and celebrate the milestones of our lives. The goal is not simply to find a house, but find a place that feels like home.
I have lived in San Antonio for over 20 years. We relocated here from St. Louis, MO in 1993 when Southwestern Bell moved their corporate headquarters. We have two daughters. Our oldest is a graduate of Trinity University and is currently in graduate school. Our youngest is at Texas State University.
We are active members of Coker United Methodist Church where I spent many years teaching youth Sunday School classes. I currently volunteer with the food pantry that is located at the church. We collect clothing and household items from the congregation and offer the items to the food pantry patrons.
As the wife of someone with Multiple Sclerosis, I have a unique perspective on modifying your home to accommodate someone with a disability. My husband has battled MS for over 20 years and is currently in a power wheel chair. We have faced challenges and learned a lot while making our own home meet his needs.
After spending 27 years in sales with Xerox Corporation, I decided to take an early retirement offer and pursue a 2nd career in real estate. My years in sales provided me with a great business foundation in a fast paced environment. To me, sales is about finding the right fit for a client at the best price.
